Tonight I got invited to hang out with my ex-family from Alaska Airlines and was treated to a free ticket to the Mariners game in the suite that Alaska Airlines has at Safeco Field. Everyone was there! My ex-boss Dave, my good friend Robin, Dave's managers Ken and Rich and Lloyd, a bunch of the planners I used to sit by... and a few other AWESOME peeps I used to work with. It was the BEST night for a game, too, cause the heat wave has ceased (for now) and the evening was warm... yet cool.
Thank you, Robin, for inviting me and thank you, Dave, for the ticket.
This has been the highlight of my summer thus far. :)

.... balllllllgame.
Okay, viewing a game from a suite is a pretty nice ride. We had a fridge packed with sodas, water, and different kinds of beers.... and then chips with salsa and black bean dip... pizza... hot dogs... chicken wings... fresh cut veggies... popcorn and (of course) peanuts. The All American Dream! :)
Dang I miss working for people who get perks.

My new discovery...
I found a wading pool in the park right behind Jim's new bar in Georgetown. I love these things!

Walkin' down the streeeeeeeet...
This is what Jim looks like after a hard day of construction, by the way. Notice: He's lost all body fat.

Our Backyard
This is what happens when you don't mow your lawn in Washington. It becomes a wild flower field. Well, of dandelions. :)
